The UCT Defense family of patented Nickel Boron (NiB) coatings provide Defense industry applications with multiple benefits:

The UCTD coatings contain about 94 weight % Nickel with 5-6 weight % boron resulting in high surface hardness. This boron content and resultant hardness sets them apart from other nickel boron products.
